RVZ International Group and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. This includes loss of profits, data, goodwill, or any other intangible losses.
Clients agree to pay all fees associated with the services as quoted or invoiced. RVZ International Group reserves the right to revise service fees with prior notice. All payments must be made by the due date indicated on the invoice.
Late payments may incur interest or service suspension.
Refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Returns Policy.
Our websites or services may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of such third-party sites and encourage you to read their terms and privacy policies.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to our company or others.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
